Welcome to Bobs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bobs website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Bobs. If you are using Bobs on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Raffle rules, eligibility, and prize details are displayed within the Service. Bobs reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent. Prizes are subject to availability and any additional terms posted with the raffle.
Businesses that connect payment platforms or register as vendors represent that they have authority to share transaction data and agree to do so in compliance with applicable laws and platform terms.
Square access is temporary and limited to active Bobs events. Vendors may disconnect Square at any time. Bobs does not control vendor Square accounts, move funds, or process payments on behalf of vendors.
All content, trademarks, and materials provided by Bobs are owned by Bobs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Bobs is not responsible for disputes between users and businesses or for the accuracy of third-party data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
